mission of the royal music academies is to give higher education
in the field of music (instrument, song and lyrical art, composition,
orchestral and choral conducting ..) and arts of the spoken
word (declamation, dramatic art ..). They were recognised as
establishments for higher artistic education for music and arts
of the spoken word by a law of May 1999. |
